Who we are
CargoValue is built by Klaveness Digital, a Norwegian technology company with roots tracing back to Torvald Klaveness, a Norwegian Ship owner providing efficient and dependable shipping services to industrial cargo customers for more than 75 years. Established in 2018 as a stand-alone entity within the group, Klaveness Digital was created with a steadfast ambition to transform the industries we are part of through the use of digital technology.
What we do
Together we build and develop CargoValue, a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution created to coordinate and optimize the logistics of industrial companies transporting raw materials by sea.
Our mission is to make seaborne supply chains resilient, decarbonized, and cost-effective through CargoValue. Where we are
Our dedicated team of software engineers, data scientists, and shipping and logistics specialists are located in Oslo, Singapore, Manila, and São Paulo. With a global presence, we serve some of the world’s largest industrial customers such as Alcoa, Hydro, Citrosuco, and South32.

Once a year you will be invited to an annual health check. This is a voluntary full medical check-up.

We will provide you with the gear you need to get your job done. We do not care if you prefer Mac or Windows as long as it makes the most sense with your role.
Holiday homes
We have a cabin at Hemsedal, great for skiing and hiking and an apartment in Spain, great for soaking up the sun. These holiday homes are available year-round and allocated through an application process.
Company gatherings and celebrations
We like to celebrate and we have great summer parties every year. We also have a Christmas lunch, pay-day gatherings and other fun activities both within teams and for the whole company.
