TAQA Morocco’s CargoValue Journey - A digitalization success story

What does "a day in the life" look like for an industrial supply chain before and after CargoValue? Hear it from TAQA Morocco in our exclusive customer interview with Mohamed Morgan Berrechid, Procurement and Contracts Director – Fuels.

TAQA Morocco began using CargoValue in January 2020 with the ambition of replacing legacy spreadsheets and bringing planning, scheduling and information sharing into real-time between TAQA’s locations around the Middle East. Berrechid has long championed the company’s digitalization agenda and pioneered the CargoValue project for the past three years. In this interview, he walks us through what life was like before CargoValue and how bringing more transparency and real-time visibility to the supply chain has helped to generate new value creation opportunities for the business.
