Klaveness Digital AS is the data controller for the processing of your personal data. This means that we are responsible for deciding how we hold and use personal data about you. We are required under data protection legislation to notify you of the information contained in this policy. We prioritize your privacy and are committed to GDPR.   • For the purpose of responding to your inquiries submitted through the contact form on our website;

We use HubSpot to collect some information for communication purposes. The goal is to facilitate communication with interested visitors. All the data is in aggregate only. No personal data is collected through HubSpot unless voluntarily provided by you. Therefore, we assure that:

  • We do not collect personal information through HubSpot forms unless you voluntarily engage with us through HubSpot forms

  • No information such as cookies is stored in your browser

  1. Legal basis for the processing of personal data

We will only process your personal data where legally permitted. Sometimes more than one legal basis applies to the processing of the same piece of personal data, depending on the processing activity taking place.  We will process your personal data on the following legal bases:

Please note, however, that certain personal data may be exempt from such access, correction, and deletion requests pursuant to applicable data protection laws or other laws and regulations.

If the processing of data is based on your consent through the use HubSpot forms, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before the withdrawal.

We may update this policy as needed to comply with relevant regulations and reflect any new practices.
