Klaveness Digital AS is the data controller for the processing of your personal data. This means that we are responsible for deciding how we hold and use personal data about you. We are required under data protection legislation to notify you of the information contained in this policy. We prioritize your privacy and are committed to GDPR. We view your data as yours, not ours. We never sell your data: never have, never will.

We use a select number of trusted external service providers for certain service offerings. These service providers are carefully selected and meet high data protection, data privacy, and security standards.


We typically process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • For purpose of the performance of your contract, such as for providing you with our services;

  • For the purpose of responding to your inquiries submitted through the contact form on our website;

  • For the purpose of operating, managing and optimizing our website and our services;

We use HubSpot to collect some information for communication purposes. The goal is to facilitate communication with interested visitors. All the data is in aggregate only. No personal data is collected through HubSpot unless voluntarily provided by you. Therefore, we assure that:

  • We do not collect personal information through HubSpot forms unless you voluntarily engage with us through HubSpot forms

  • No information such as cookies is stored in your browser

We will only process your personal data where legally permitted. Sometimes more than one legal basis applies to the processing of the same piece of personal data, depending on the processing activity taking place.  We will process your personal data on the following legal bases:

Typically, we delete your personal data one (1) year after your customer relationship with us ended. Personal data relevant for our reporting obligations pursuant to accounting legislation will be retained for no more than five (5) years. Other personal data will be retained for two (2) years after provided to us, unless the personal data is collected based on you consent and you withdraw this consent earlier than after two (2) years.

Under this privacy policy, you have the right to request from us access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning your personal data, or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability. Please note, however, that certain personal data may be exempt from such access, correction, and deletion requests pursuant to applicable data protection laws or other laws and regulations.


If the processing of data is based on your consent through the use HubSpot forms, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before the withdrawal.


We may update this policy as needed to comply with relevant regulations and reflect any new practices.
