Joan on the other hand joined CargoValue in a straightforward, yet unexpected way. A recommendation from a friend and a previous encounter with Klaveness led her to seize a new opportunity in a brand-new role. Her journey, starting with an interview in April of 2022 and joining on September 1, 2022, has been marked by a commitment to efficiency and continuous improvement, deeply influenced by Singapore's vibrant culture.
